THE ORDER PPROCESS

• All order can be submitted online, by email at rusticzencandles@gmail.com or by phone 780-289-0101

• All orders must be paid at the time of purchase a confirmation notification will be sent to the customer when the order is ready for shipping or pick up.

• For Edmonton Area orders  choose “Pick UP” there will a convenient pick up location where customers can pick up their order.  Reminder notification will be sent to the customer via email.

 

THE SHIPPING PPROCESS

• Rustic Zen Candle Company will use Canada Post for all shipping requirements.

 

THE RETURN PROCESS

• We will be happy to replace any item  you ordered if you are not satisfied, or our products don’t meet your expectations please call us at 780-289-0101 or email rusticzencandles@gmail.com and we will make it right for you.

• Please note that the following items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not returnable:

  • All oil blends that have a broken seal

  • Candles that are more than 50% burnt down

 

JAR REPURPOSE PROGRAM - We are always finding new ways to reduce our waste.

• Return your candle jar and lid (free of any dents). 

• The next time you buy a new candle you will receive $1 off the cost of your new candle.

• If you don’t want to return y our jar simply wash the jar with hot soapy water and reuse.
